Whilst we are all staying at home during lockdown, we will bring our coaching to you, live streamed straight to your Living Room or Garden.
Yes, that's right, we are running our 1-2-1 training and an online programme including our Train, Lift and Ride sessions online.
Our online programmes ensure you have a personal trainer on hand rather than being just another particpiant os have unlimited access to our timetable of Live classes, access to recorded sessions, in addition to members only group, weekly members online social, challenges, coach support, nutrition guidance and lots more. Our 1-2-1 programmes include all that plus 1-2-1 sessions online at times to suit you.
Our online group classes are also available as pay as you book.
Train is a class derived from our original Outdoors Fitness Camps, so originated as a primarily bodyweight workout, so works great as the session we will do for you at home. All our Train classes are high energy, a mix of conditioning, mobility, HIIT and cardio training, and a firm favourite of our clients as no two sessions are ever the same!
You get the best exercises from our Personal Training programmes coached by our Personal Trainers, and knowing your gym buddies are doing it with you at the same time, just in a different place!
We can modify all workouts to suit fitness levels which means that we can have two people doing easier/harder versions of the same exercises.
Lift is out weighted workout where we lead you through a training session working through sets and reps. Think gym session, but programmed and coached by a personal trainer, reminding you of form, technique points, ensuring you get the most out of your workout and engage the correct muscles, have the correct form, and you encouraging you throughout. You can take part in this using a barbell, dumbbell or kettle bell. If you haven't got any of these, you could perhaps use a weighted easy to hold object you have at home, such as a 1/1.5 litre bottle of water in each hand. Sure it may not be the weight you're used to, but we can work with some weight and use tempo and reps to seek progressive overload.
Ride is our indoor cycling workout. We deliver a Ride class Live and Online, so if you have an indoor cycle bike at home, you can take part in this with us, guiding you through a motivating ride to the rhythm of upbeat music and reminding you of the important technique points you may forget or that you can keep going for those last few seconds.
We offer a weekly live Yoga class, leading you through a Vinyasa Flow class and leaving you feeling super relaxed. We also have classes you can take part in in your own time.
